Description

This building comprises a detached single storey workshop with adjoining ground floor office/amenity block. The property is of a concrete framed construction clad in brick and brickwork, and has a flat roof.

The main workshop has an eaves height of approximately 7.6m (25’0”) with good natural lighting and incorporates a 3-ton OHA crane approximately 6m (20’0”) height within its main bay. The northern end of the workshop bay is of apparently more modern construction clad externally in lined metal profile sheeting.
